2024 Pre-K VBS Registration

Faith & Peace will be hosting VBS for those entering into preschool and kindergarten in the fall. It will take place at Faith Church, 310 Medayto Drive, Spicer. This form is for the Preschool VBS only.

If you wish to register MORE THAN 3 campers, please fill out an additional form.

Cost is $10 per camper

The dates are Monday, July 29 - Thursday, August 1 from 8:30am - 11:00am.

For those that have completed Kindergarten - 5th grade, VBS will be with GLLM at Shores of St. Andrew and the registration is here:

Consent Forms

I give permission for my camper(s) to participate in the Faith & Peace Day Camp program, taking place at Faith Lutheran Church. In case of an emergency, every attempt will be made to contact me and/or my emergency contact. If contact cannot be made, I give my permission to staff and/or volunteers to secure proper medical treatment. I understand that I am financially responsible for medical care and/or transportation costs incurred on my camper's behalf. I release Faith Lutheran Church staff, Peace Lutheran Church staff, and all volunteers from any liability arising out of any accidents and/or injuries, and I agree NOT to hold any of these parties responsible for any such accidents or injuries.
