TIME AND TALENTS

We all have been blessed with talent and skills entrusted to us by God. God asks us to use these spiritual gifts to God's service, for our church home and to help our neighbors. The following ministry areas will help you identify talents and skills where you can share in the mission of Faith Lutheran Church:

FOR ANY OF THE OPTIONS YOU CHOOSE, PLEASE NOTATE WHO IN YOUR FAMILY IS WILLING TO SERVE. (For example, do you AND your spouse want to usher, or just one of you? Do any of your kids want to help serve in some way? Do you want to usher as an entire family?) There is a notes section at the bottom of this section that you can fill out to indicate who wants to do what.

WORSHIP ASSISTANTS FOR SUNDAY MORNINGS If you sign up to be any of the below worship assistants, your name will be added to the list. The Hospitality Committee assigns roles in 2-3 month segments on a spreadsheet, that is then mailed to you with your particular Sundays highlighted. Communion Assisting Reading (readings are emailed to you ahead of time - a printed copy will be on the lectern for you) Ushering (arrive 20 minutes early) Coffee Duty Volunteer Greeter Sunday Welcome Center Volunteer A/V & Slides Helper(s) (We will train you! It is not part of the Worship Assistant Spreadsheet, but we will let you know when you are needed!)
